Jaguar Winged Aluminium Wall Sign

This aluminium garage plaque features an early logo from Jaguar. Modern versions of the Jaguar logo have depicted the large cat. But back in the 1930’s and 1940’s a winged design was in use, with roots in the company’s original name, the Swallow Sidecar Company (SS). After WWII, the company rebranded to Jaguar, and the wings were phased out.

This interesting garage plaque is made from aluminium, with painted detailing. The word “Jaguar” appears inside a hexagonal shape in the centre, with the wings fanning out on either side. Pre-drilled holes make it easy to hang in a garage, workshop, man-cave or office.
